We'll offer a replacement or refund for real production problems: wrong item, damage, poor print quality, incorrect placement, peeling, significant sizing or color mismatches, holes, tears, or stains. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery; if your package arrives damaged in transit, let us know within 72 hours.
