Welcome to After5 Athletics (“After5 Athletics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of after5athletics.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

After5 Athletics is a family-run apparel brand based in Wilmington, NC, designing custom athletic wear for the disc golf and pickleball community.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Colors, prints, and product details may vary slightly from what’s shown on the Site due to the nature of the printing process. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production issues.

4. Shipping

Production and delivery estimates are listed on each product page. We currently ship within the United States only.

5. Returns and Replacements

Because every item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference — please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. We will offer a replacement or refund for legitimate production issues, including: wrong item or garment, clearly damaged items, poor printing quality, incorrect design placement, peeling prints, significant sizing discrepancies, significant color discrepancies, and holes, tears, stains, or similar quality defects. Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; claims for packages damaged in transit must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us with a photo and description of the issue to start a claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the property of After5 Athletics and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

8. Third-Party Services

Order fulfillment is handled by our print-on-demand partner, which receives the order and shipping information necessary to produce and ship your item. Payment is processed by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how your information is shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, After5 Athletics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
